2027 Annual Yarn Auction and Sale: Call for Yarn Donations

We’re so pleased to announce our Annual Yarn Auction and Sale taking place on February 6th, 2027!
Donations will be accepted at the November, December, and January meetings. Donations will not be accepted after January 15th.
We will accept the following items:
Yarn: New and Partially Used Skeins WITH tags/labels. Used skeins must be unknitted (no kinks) and properly wound and separated from new yarn and contained in a plastic bag. Yarn must be clean, and odor and bug free. Knitted items will not be accepted.
Knitting Needles: Only accepting circular needles in original packaging.
Knitting Tools: Sock Blockers, Blocking Mats, Ball Winders, Swifts, etc. All items must be new or in like new condition. Small notions will not be accepted.
Magazines and Books will not be accepted.
Please contact Trisha (auction@bakg.org) if you have any questions regarding items you would like to donate or if you would like to be added to our list of volunteers. There are many opportunities to be involved including auction prep and day of auction roles.
